Early Positive Approaches to Support

NEW E-PAtS programmes - Early Positive Approaches to Support - launching in Kendal and Barrow. So if you're a family caregiver for a child aged a few months to five years who has a learning disability, global development delay or autism, then read on!

E-PAtS is an eight-session group that provides sensitive support and information for families in the early years. All groups are facilitated by a trained family caregiver and professional. The sessions cover accessing services and supports; emotional wellbeing and resilience for caregivers; supporting sleep for children; supporting communication; supporting skills development; positive approaches to behaviours that challenge. No diagnosis necessary.

Meet with a facilitator the week commencing April 15 2019 - to be arranged when convenient for you and your family.
